Washing Machine Water Inlet Valve Repair / No Spin Cycle / Low Water Pressure / Shuts off Mid Cycle

Today we look at how to fix a washing machine that has bad water inlet valve causing No Spin Cycle due to Low Water Pressure or No Water Pressure. If you have a washing machine that will Shut Off half Way through the Spin Cycle, or will not start the Spin Cycle, watch this video. I will explain what causes a washing machine to either shut off during the spin cycle, Not start Spin Cycle, have NO Spin Cycle, have Low Water pressure or No water pressure. This is all due to a bad water inlet valve (or water inlet solenoid) inside the machine that controls the inlet of water to the machine. If the machine senses that the water pressure it too low, it will stop the machine and refuse to do the spin cycle. You may have noticed the water pressure getting rather low. I will show you step by step what the part is, where it is located, how to replace it, and how to get your washing machine functioning again having a full spin cycle. It is a relative easy part to get to and to replace as I will show you. It is also a rather cheap part to replace. This is a minor part but can cause a major problem. DON’T pay a Technician to diagnose this for you. I will show you exactly how to diagnose and fix this yourself for only the cost of the part. If you have a top loading washing machine this is a very easy repair that you can do yourself in a few minutes.
